Carlos L. Arce is a decorated combat veteran, executive leader, and master artisan with over 60 years of experience in public administration, industrial management, and social entrepreneurship. As the architect of the Arce Method, he has dedicated his career to building "Sanctuary Vessels"—environments where disciplined craftsmanship and restorative vocational training empower individuals to reclaim their professional and personal agency.

A veteran of the United States Army, Mr. Arce served as an Infantry Sergeant in the legendary 1st Cavalry Division (Air Mobile). His service is marked by high-level commendations for valor and merit, including the Combat Infantryman Badge (CIB), the Army Commendation Medal, the Bronze Star, the Purple Heart, and the Air Medal. This foundational experience in elite teamwork and resilient leadership informs every aspect of the Honor Statuettes manufacturing ecosystem.

Mr. Arce has a Sociology degree from Saint Bonaventure University, Olean, NY, and his career spans significant roles in large-scale project implementation and urban development:

Public Sector & Intergovernmental Leadership

-NYC Department of Correction: Served as Institutional Services Coordinator at Rikers Island. In addition to managing essential service operations and logistics within the city’s jail system, this individual provided direct, one-on-one training and counseling for inmates, focusing on rehabilitation and vocational preparation within the correctional environment.

-NYC Mayor’s Office: Acted as a Criminal Justice Consultant, providing strategic oversight and policy guidance for the city’s legal and correctional frameworks. In this role, coordinated the allocation of federal funds for criminal justice services and designed comprehensive service improvement programs to enhance institutional efficiency and outcomes.

-City District Management: Served as District Manager for a South Bronx community of 100,000 residents—an area then widely known as "Fort Apache." In this role, managed municipal service delivery and community relations within one of the most historically challenging and high-profile urban landscapes in the United States.

-White House South Bronx Development Office: Served as Assistant Director, coordinating federal initiatives for urban revitalization and economic growth. In this capacity, directed comprehensive land revitalization efforts and established formal community consultation protocols to ensure local engagement. Notably, created an innovative system for building rubble recycling and spearheaded a widely celebrated collaboration with the New York State National Guard to facilitate large-scale rubble clearing and site preparation.

Private Sector & Entrepreneurial Ventures

-Agro-Industrial Management: Established and Directed a $5 million U.S. Navy-sponsored agro-industrial project in the Caribbean. This executive role involved overseeing the construction and operation of a 200-acre modern farm utilizing advanced drip irrigation systems. This individual directed the construction of an artificial irrigation pond and rainwater collection canals across mountainous terrain, ensuring water security through innovative engineering. Additionally, this individual directed the construction and management of a 23,000-square-foot industrial processing plant, maintaining full oversight of international operations, logistics, and large-scale facility infrastructure.

-Educational Technology: Founded and led an educational computer firm as CEO, specializing in the development and distribution of technology solutions for K-12 school systems. In this capacity, this individual created and directed the development of digital educational capsules, employing the participation of dozens of local teachers. Furthermore, the CEO designed and installed large educational computer laboratories throughout a score of K-12 schools and provided comprehensive computer literacy training for both teachers and students, bridging the gap between emerging technology and academic application.

-Current Initiatives: Following a distinguished career in the public and private sectors, this individual transitioned to South Florida, where he continues to influence the community through real estate consultancy, spiritual leadership, and prolific authorship. He has authored 22 books examining socio-political dynamics and the Vietnam War, with notable titles including Mirror to a Nation, Surrender Management: America in Retreat, and Landing Zone.

Mr. Arce founded Honor Statuettes to synthesize master-level artistry with a mission of veteran empowerment. Centered in a new Margate-based manufacturing hub, the enterprise scales the Arce Method—a proprietary approach to copper and wood sculpture designed for vocational restoration. Each hand-crafted statuette stands as both a premier corporate honor and a testament to the successful reintegration of the veterans who create them.

This mission is backed by three years of intensive strategic planning and a lifetime of artisanal mastery. To ensure the venture’s success, Mr. Arce has contributed his unique design-for-manufacturing blueprints and donated his personal collection of Honor Statuettes. Valued at over $100,000, this foundational asset serves as an immediate, world-class showroom exhibit, providing an immersive experience of the height of the craft.
