The model is designed around a carefully structured vocational sanctuary—a secure, disciplined environment where participating veterans can step away from the instability of their previous circumstances and concentrate on learning, creating, and rebuilding.

Where appropriate, the program will work in coordination with qualified professionals and community partners to connect participants with mental-health services, addiction-recovery resources, housing assistance, and other supportive services.

The Arce Method operates alongside a sophisticated Design for Manufacturing (DFM) system designed to translate master-level craftsmanship into consistent, scalable commercial production.

Each Artisan in Residence will work from an individually assigned, ergonomically designed and accessibility-conscious workstation appropriate to their capabilities and stage of development.

The objective is twofold:

Restore the individual through mastery.

As artisans progress through the 21-step framework, their development can be measured through skill acquisition, craftsmanship, production responsibility, and—where appropriate—progression toward paid work within the enterprise.

The system integrates precision molds, specialized designer tools, proprietary production techniques, premium materials, and multiple quality-control checkpoints to preserve the distinctive character of hand-crafted work while creating the consistency and efficiency required for commercial-scale production.

The enterprise is designed for an initial production capacity exceeding 4,000 units annually, with a coordinated production system allowing individual artisans to contribute specialized skills at different stages of the process—from design and forming through assembly, finishing, inspection, serialization, and final presentation.
