The Margate Studio: A Sanctuary of Craft

Located in the heart of Margate, Florida, the Honor Statuettes Manufacturing Studio will be a 3,600-square-foot facility designed as a high-output industrial space and a trauma-informed sanctuary. This is the primary laboratory for the Arce Method, where the raw materials of copper and hardwood are transformed into symbols of excellence by the hands of American veterans.

Inside the Studio

Step into where artistry comes alive.

An Intentional Industrial Ecosystem

Every square inch of the studio is engineered to support the "dual bottom line" of our enterprise:

The Artisan Gallery & Workstations: Individualized, ergonomically designed stations where veteran artisans execute the complex copper wire sculpting. These stations are optimized for focus, tactile feedback, and the repetitive precision required to master the continuous-strand technique.

The Fulfillment Center: A dedicated logistics hub capable of managing 4,000-unit production runs. Here, the finished statuettes are serialized, registry-logged, and secured in our custom protective gloss packaging for national distribution.

The "Sanctuary Vessel" Concept

The studio will be more than a factory; it will be a "Sanctuary Vessel"—a concept developed by Carlos L. Arce to provide a stable, predictable, and dignified environment for veterans transitioning into civilian mastery.

Acoustic & Environmental Design: Low-stress lighting and noise-reduction layouts allow for deep focus and psychological grounding.

Peer Collaboration: A layout that encourages mentorship between master artisans and new trainees, fostering the "military unit" camaraderie that is essential for long-term vocational success.

Artisans' Workstation Prototype

Get in Touch

Self-contained Workstations

Each workstation contains several spools of wire with different sizes and colors, as well as a variety of specialized tools.

Homeless veterans are employed as "Artisans in Residence" and are assigned their own workstation, with personal amenities.

The Studio Showroom

That showroom setup will undoubtedly leave a lasting impression on visiting corporate executives, military leaders, and civic partners. Displaying flagship copper wire statuettes alongside smaller, highly detailed works within the 3,600-square-foot Margate studio provides an exceptional environment to showcase both the craftsmanship of the collection and the mission of the project.

Why Work With Us

Our Honor Statuettes are a perfect substitute for generic, mass-produced, often foreign-made, soulless trophies.

They are quality art pieces entirely handmade by recovering, housing-transitioning American veterans.

They honor both the recognition recipients and the veterans that created them.
